This beginner-friendly Puppy Pilates class is all about supporting your mental wellbeing in a relaxed, welcoming environment — no experience needed. Whether you want to flow through the class or simply sit back and cuddle puppies, you’re more than welcome.

Cost is $35 for members and $50 for non-members
